Our room was spacious and comfortable, very clean as well. But what REALLY made the whole difference for our stay was the staff, most specifically the night's shift responsible Sebastian. He will be always grateful for his exceptional help and empathy. He went above and beyond to help us out with a personal problem. Thank you so much Sebastian!!

Just a 5-minute walk from Osloer Straße Underground Station, this 2-star-superior hotel is a direct 10-minute journey from Berlin’s Alexanderplatz. Everything was great, the communication with reception could be better, but other than that I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.
