This accommodation boasts a fantastic location, situated near the train station and surrounded by lush greenery. It provided a peaceful environment for sleeping, and the staff were wonderful—they allowed us to leave our luggage with them while we waited for our room to be prepared.

We have stayed in the Hotel Zoo for a weekend while travelling to a concert of the AIR / french band. We wanted to stay nearby the venue, which was Theater des Westens, and this was just a perfect choice. The hotel had a lovely scent and the lobby and room itself were very cosy and pretty. As both I and my friend (whom I have travelled with) are lovers of quirky decorations, we really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel. We didn't go to the Grace bar, so I cannot say any word about it, but the hotel was very suitable for us.

The most comfortable bed ever! A great nights sleep. Helpful and friendly staff. The rooftop bar was fabulous as were the cocktails and the food at the restaurant Neni was delicious.

The rooms were clean and accommodating, and the morning/afternoon staff was helpful. Although, it was 20-30 min from the center; there is a bus stop right at the corner that takes you directly to the central metro station. It was quite convenient and a peaceful place to stay.
