First of all, the staff is outstanding! They are all obviously happy to work there, always very friendly and helpful. The lobby is superb. Great furniture, beautiful design, very cozy. There is a fireplace in the bar. It's all done in great taste and with high quality. I loved the idea of having a coffee shop where we could have a simple breakfast, just coffee and a croissant. There is also the restaurant for a more elaborate breakfast es an alternative. The rooms are tasteful, very clean and the beds are comfortable, a bit on the firmer side. The location is ideal. Walking to the Zoo S-Bahn Station takes 5-10 min. The hotel is in the middle of all the shops and restaurants.

Located in Berlin and within 2 km of Zoologischer Garten underground station, the niu Flash features a bar, allergy-free rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel was amazing! The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The bathroom mirror had speakers, same in the room so you can play music wherever you are. Breakfast was delicious and they even made me a small bag with some snacks at checkout because I left very early and couldn’t take the normal breakfast at the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Overall I will stay here again whenever I visit Berlin and would definitely recommend it.

The receptionists were all super kind and helpful. Breakfast was top.. everything was so fresh and delicious. The place is very clean and quiet. You just feel it's super peaceful to rest. I had a wonderful stay and great conversations with the the hotel staff. I stayed there while visiting Berlin to run the marathon. It was very close to the metro station. It was just perfect!
