The breakfast was very good but what really stood out was the excellent and friendly staff/owners. We will stay here again when we come back to Prague.

My experience was very good. The hotel location is excellent and close to Palladium Mall. Room was clean and beautiful. The staff are nice, helpful and very quick to respond to guests, especially the employee Anashka, she's very nice and knows everything about the city and helps everyone.

Staff is extremely nice and thoughtful. breakfast is great, and we got an upgrade which made it great for us and many small gifts from the hotel management for new year, a bottle of sparkling wine and a small sample for olive oil.

Also, the staff are too much helpful especially one front desk staff his name is Rauel he helped us a lot for booking tickets to the transportation there and he was really helpful and kind in giving us the detailed information we need.
