As a flight attendant, I’ve stayed in countless hotels, but Casa Amalia truly feels like home. It’s comfortable, affordable, and has a warm vibe. I especially loved the unique handmade Amalia statues created by the owner. They add a personal and artistic touch to the place. The self check-in method was super convenient, making the check-in smooth and hassle-free. Nihaila (the housekeeper) is incredibly friendly, and the property is well-kept and spotless. Its location is ideal, away from mass tourism but still close to everything you could need. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, a supermarket, two beautiful beaches, a dive spot (The Tug boat), and even nightlife at Jan Thiel Beach. I’m already looking forward to my next stay at Casa Amalia!

The neighborhood is great, and we felt very safe walking around, even early in the morning or late at night. As a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 teenagers,) we enjoyed the house and pool very much.
