It was everything we needed and more from the reception at check-in to the room, wi-fi and the helpful staff. One of the staff becky was particularly helpful with recommendations for places to visit and things to do (we took her advice and went to Kebra Canela beach and had a good time) . I only wish we had booked more days as we previously stayed at another hotel in the city centre (plateau) before moving to this hotel for two night.
