Situated in Medellín, 1.8 km from El Poblado Park, Lettera Hotel features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. This 4-star hotel offers a tour desk. I came to the hotel at 12:00 so in noon time and i wanted to ask can i leave my beg and go eat and then after i can come back later and check in at 2-3pm. The guy who worked at frontdesk told me that maybe he can find me a room before check in. So i waited and he found a room that was available so i check in 2-3h before i suppose to check in. That is 10/10 service. Everything else is okay but this was big help for me so i can instantly have rest and i dont have to wait 2h somewhere.

Amazing hotel and staff, really comfortable mattress, nice bathroom, delicious breakfast (which could be chosen from a selection) and quiet location. Nonetheless, nice cafes and restaurants (especially Urbania Cafe and La Revuelta as our recommendations) are close by. Rather short walk to big supermarket and also to metro. Booked twiced as our first stay was that nice.

Ideally situated in the El Poblado district of Medellín, Refugio del Jaguar is situated 6.7 km from Plaza de Toros La Macarena, 6.8 km from Laureles Park and 7.6 km from Explora Park. We loved our time at Refugio del Jaguar! The hotel is beautiful and very cosy. The owner and the staff are all absolutely lovely and make you feel at home from the first minute.
