The butler service on whatsapp makes everything so easy. The 10 course dinner at their 1621 restaurant was one of the highlights of our trip. We would love to return to this hotel one day.

The property is really cozy, confortable, in the middle of Cartagena, near everything. They have 2 swimming pool, plants everywhere, very nice. The room was big, comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom. And the staff is the highest point of the hotel. They are all so nice, always ready to help without effort or being in our toes. We fell at home! We’ll go back for sure
