The staff’s assistance with translations proved invaluable, enhancing both our work and personal experiences (the manager ever helped with purchasing Chinese medicine for my cough). They also connected us with local tour guides to take us on excursions. These guides offered an insider’s perspective on the region, introducing us to the vibrant local culture, culinary delights, and even unique shopping experiences that showcased the everyday way of life in Henan Province. The hotel itself was a haven of comfort and luxury, with every amenity thoughtfully designed for an exceptional experience. The swimming pool provided a serene escape after work meetings, and the dining hall was a daily highlight. Each meal was a masterpiece, with chefs crafting unique dishes that delighted our taste buds every day. Winston and the rest of the staff were outstanding—always approachable, efficient, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. Our spacious room was immaculate and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a second home. The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, offering easy access to key attractions, a local park, and necessary amenities. This was, without a doubt, one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.
