Very helpful front desk staff, guiding me to visit places of interest. The room thermostat shows 2 temperatures, which were quite confusing to me at first, but later I realized it is a means of conserving energy.

After checking out, we waited at the waiting area and 吴琳 kindly approached us for assistance.
