From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. They were always smiling, eager to assist with anything, and their kindness truly stood out throughout my entire stay. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and very quiet, providing a peaceful and comfortable environment. The housekeeping team was thorough, ensuring that the room was pristine each day. I was also impressed by the abundance of towels provided – more than enough for both bath and pool use, which is always a nice touch! One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. I’d rate it a solid 9 out of 10. There was a great variety of both Western and Chinese cuisines, so you could easily find something to suit your tastes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made dim sum and the selection of Western breakfast staples like eggs, bacon, and pastries. It was a perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore. The hotel also features an amazing indoor pool, which was a real treat after a long day of sightseeing. The pool area is very clean and well-maintained, with both dry and wet saunas available for guests. The locker room facilities were spotless and offered everything you need for a comfortable experience. One thing to note is that you are required to wear a swim cap, which costs about $10 if you don’t bring your own. It's a small fee for such a great facility, and it made for a relaxing and refreshing experience. The location is also unbeatable. The hotel is right next to a mall with tons of food options and plenty of shops to browse, so you're never far from a good meal or some shopping therapy. If you need your coffee fix, Starbucks is just a two-minute walk away, which was perfect for me.

It was simply beautiful, a lovely swimming pool, great breakfast buffet. Amazing room with curtains & a toilet seat that open automatically for you! A robot for room service. Complimentary cold drink in the lobby. Anna, lovely Ukrainian hostess at breakfast was very helpful & professional. Next to a metro with direct service to bell tower area & next to a good shopping mall with good shops & food. Local restaurants in a little square behind it. Very comfy beds, huge bath & great power shower.

I had an amazing experience at Voco, the staff was lovely, the room had al the amenities and the buffet breakfast has literally everything you could wish to eat, including Xi’an specialties. Cold noodles with sesame sauce, jian bing my personal favourite. I celebrated my workshop during my stay and the lovey staff made sure I got a birthday cake and gifted a big souvenir.
