She speaks English fluently. Hotel also very clean. Recommended.

West Capital International Hotel is located on the central area of Xi'an, adjacent to the Muslim Quarter. Lovely hotel in city center just beside the metro. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable. My wife and I had an amazing stay in Xi'an.
