The staff in the lobby (Ms. Liz), very incredibly helpful. She help in arrangement of transportation to metro station, helping to buy the high speed train, and make sure all our journey running well. She speaks English fluently. Hotel also very clean. Recommended.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Eastern House Boutique Hotel offers oriental-style guestrooms in Xi'an downtown, around a 5-minute walk from Xi'an City Wall. Great stay! The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, very good location and it has everything you need. The breakfast has lots of options and they also have the restaurant open for lunch and dinner with good options. There is a washing machine you can use for free and unlimited water bottles (very convenient for the summer weather).

Everything! The bed was cozy. The bedroom and bathroom had all the conveniences I needed. Breakfast had a lot of options too. I was even able to do some work from abroad in the tables by the lobby.
