The bed is really comfortable, you get all the amenities you need, you can wash/dry your clothes; you have snacks, coffee and drinks for free. The employees are really polite and helpful!

I loved the atmosphere and concept of the property. The room’s pictures with descriptions are precise. The staff is friendly and polite. There is a metro nearby. I enjoyed my visit this time. If I pass by Xi’an, I’ll come again for sure!

This hotel is a definition of perfection. An amazing hotel that is strategically located, tastefully designed, and well-maintained. The staff are all professional, polite, and helpful. I especially love the room: the layout is a bit unique, but it gives a cozy ambiance. I like the small closet & the bathroom is beautiful, and of course the bidet really makes a lot of difference into my stay in China.

I love the tea in the lobby- it's so refreshing plus the breakfast is good. I also love the free dinner. It's comforting to have late-night "dinner" after a very hectic day exploring Xian. What's great about Jinmao is Anna. When we came to Xian, we were not able to book our tours. She helped us book tickets and gave us a discount. She took care of us which made our stay in the city so enjoyable and hassle-free. I also liked the vibe of this hotel. We visited 4 cities in China and I think we were the most comfortable in this hotel.
