Two wonderful staff members, Leo and Daria, took the time to personalize the experience, making it feel truly special and memorable. Their kindness and willingness to create this surprise at short notice showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The room itself was impeccably clean, adding to the luxurious and comfortable ambiance. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the cake was delicious, adding the perfect touch to a remarkable day. I highly recommend Shenzhen Raffles Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Raffles team, for making my birthday so memorable!
