Nicely arranged room, great breakfast.

Centrally located in Futian District, The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen offers luxurious accommodation with free internet and free parking. The quality of the staff was outstanding. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Two of them who attended to us personally were particularly impressive - Mr. Jack Lian of the concierge and Miss Fairy Chen of the Western restaurant on the 2nd floor. The former gave useful information of Shenzhen and tirelessly escorted us all the way to the subway after we checked out while the latter met our request outside, we believe, her purview of work in that she went somewhere away from the restaurant to fetch us something that was not readily available thereat. It was our sincere heartfelt gratitude for their exemplary service that far exceeded our expectations. We have to congratulate the hotel management of boasting staff of such exceptional quality. This also explains why the hotel holds such high reputation.

Shenzhen Grand Skylight Garden Hotel Shenzhen is located in the city centre, a 10-minute walk from Huaqiangbei Metro Station. Everything was perfect , room size and plan was great

Towering over prosperous Futian District, Grand Skylight Hotel is only a few steps from Huaqiang Road Metro Station on Line 1. I had a fantastic experience at Skylight Hotel in Shenzhen. The hotel is in a great location, close to major attractions and public transport. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shenzhen – great service and value for money!

Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian is located about a 5-minute walk from Shopping Park subway station and Futian Station. Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Centre is located around 14 minutes' walk away. smell.so good the hotel.. love it. Excellent locations, clean and great front staff , especially Kevin @the front desk during our check out. Room clean , but need improvement for the pillows. 😁
