Il nostro soggiorno al J Hotel, situato nel terzo grattacielo più alto al mondo, è stato semplicemente straordinario! La camera era favolosa, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort, con una vista incredibile sul fiume Bund che rendeva ogni momento speciale. L’hotel è situato in una posizione privilegiata, con panorami mozzafiato sulla città e sul fiume, offrendo una vista unica che difficilmente si può trovare altrove. Ma ciò che ha reso ancora più speciale il nostro soggiorno è stato il servizio impeccabile. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e premuroso, sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Riccardo, un membro dello staff che parlava italiano e che ci ha assistito in modo straordinario, offrendoci consigli utilissimi e facendoci sentire come a casa. La sua disponibilità ha reso la nostra visita a Shanghai ancora più piacevole. Per chi vuole vivere un’esperienza unica in città, con una vista spettacolare e un servizio al di sopra delle aspettative, il J Hotel è la scelta perfetta. Non potremmo che consigliare questa struttura a chiunque desideri un soggiorno esclusivo a Shanghai!

Offering stunning views of Shanghai skyline, the gorgeous Regent Shanghai Pudong stands in Lujiazui financial district in Pudong New Area. On the way to Hotel from Airport by taxi. I was overcharged more than double ridiculously and even lost wallet. I didn’t catch the taxi and disgusting driver’s number. A staff at front desk tried to find taxi by all means. I could find wallet due to her. Although all the money in the wallet had disappeared I could take back my wallet lucky. I really appreciate her sincere assistance. I am sorry for not recognizing her name. This hotel is perfect and superb with helpful staffs!

My experience at Hotel Shushe was absolutely amazing! The manager was a total genius—so helpful, fun, and full of positive energy. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always anticipating my needs with a smile. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but none compare to the outstanding service here. Highly recommend!

Great facilities, clean and comfy room (v Muji style), the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Special shoutout to Jessica the hotel manager who was really helpful and responsive for the requests I had. Thank you!
