Rising up along the bustling East Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, the gorgeous 66-storey Conrad Shanghai is one of Shanghai’s landmarks in the city centre. The hotel was clean and the staff was very good in terms of guiding. We were having problem in translating Chinese because most of the staff does not know english. Finally we meet conrad relationship manager her name was tatiana and she was from Russia. She guided us so well that i felt that next time also whenever i will visit china i will stay in conrad shanghai because of her guidance and always there of us whenever we need anything. Instead of tell us all she also upgraded our room in higher floor. my ratings for this hotel is 5/5. Relationship officer my rating would be 10/10.
