Huge, beautiful rooms. The mall across it is well connected to the rest of Shanghai metro and is near to a hip neighborhood. Wonderful, proactive staff. Very well thought-out guest experience which elevated our stay. They have a pillow menu <3. Aside from the air-conditioning, it's very quiet in the rooms. Frankly, this exceeded our expectations which will be hard to match in my future stays.

The hotel was ok, very clean, well located with the subway station literally in front of the hotel . Cost x benefit was worthwhile.
