Great experiences at the hotel. Robin helped to sort out a possible earlier check-in and was very professional and nice. Will come back when possible next time and recommend to others.

Very convenient for its location to be very near to many tourist spot. 2. Staffs were very friendly, not to mention there was a Malaysia staff that made us feel home. 3. Room facilities were very impressive, such as TV with various TV options including movies for adults and kids, coffee machine and tea pot.

In a prime location in Shanghai, Regent Shanghai on the Bund offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a terrace. Absolutely new hotel, great facilities, and outstanding interior design. The team is extremely helpful (thanks to Sally and Kim). We liked the swimming pool. The views are fantastic, the location is very convenient.
