The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we needed something, they always provided us. When we were looking for a fried dumpling restaurant and Wang at the reception gave us the location of the restaurant. Another time I was looking for a pharmacy and Ms. Tian brought me there and translated what I needed. They also cooked a chicken soup free for me. The service was very good and brought us water bottles frequently.

The hotel is just amazing, and the staff extremely kind and attentive. Our room was at a high floor and the view we had on the city was stunning at night. The room itself was huge, with sophisticated furniture and decorations. Flair, the bar at 62nd floor is beautiful, with a wide selection of drinks and snacks, and the Chinese restaurant at 39th floor exceeded our expectations: wonderful atmosphere and amazing food. Altogether it was a memorable stay. We wish to be back soon!

Since opened in 1983, East meets West at the majestic Jinling Hotel in the heart of Nanjing’s Xinjie Kou Square, an upscale setting only 200 metres away from Xinjiekou Subway Station (Line 1&2). The room was spacious and clean. The staff were excellent! We arrived around dinner time and the place was packed. However, we were attended to quickly and managed to get to our room within 20min. The staff were really professional and they immediately knew where to get my luggage which were sent over earlier. A pity I did not managed to get the names of the staff who were serving me. They even got me a great driver who got me to the airport on time.
