Wide windows with automatic curtains. very clean . Bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was very good , very convenient to take the high speed train as well.

Overall my recent stay at Intercontinental Kuming is with absolute satisfactory. Especially I was very happy for the assistance by the Concierge te4am. Mr Smulin was very helpful to me such as buying new air tickets to other city of China and further amendments as well as arrangement for my airport transfer. He was always very active with quick responses, willing to help and did his best. If I was asked, I would give him and his concierge team at Intercontinental Kuming the full score 10 out of 10. The building is half open and among gardens. You can also see the beautiful Xishan from the hotel. The hotel is clean and mostly staff are friendly and helpful. Swimmingpool is super clean and the staff there are really warm and work hard to keep the floor dry and the hot tub clean.

The breakfast spread was huge and the view was excellent. Room was big and roomy and clean.
