From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine friendliness that made me feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to help with any problems we came to them with. It’s rare to encounter such a dedicated team who genuinely care about their guests’ experience. The hotel itself was lovely—comfortable and clean. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed my cozy room where I could unwind after a day of exploring. If you’re looking for a place to stay, I wholeheartedly recommend Atour X Hotel Jinan. The amazing people working there truly make it stand out, and I can’t wait to return!
