Jayson, the owner, was extremely helpful and organised pick up from the train station and a tour of Huangshan with an English speaking guide. He replied to messages in English promptly. The charming hotel was in the middle of the beautiful old town surrounded by restaurants and shops. There was a homely feeling to the hotel and the service was exceptional. Breakfast was wholesome and satisfying. Definitely recommend it highly. Fantastic experience.

Welcoming staff, which do his best to help even if not english speaking (traduction apps helped ). They are patient and find a solution. An excellent value for money ! Bed was nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful with giving us directions as to where restaurants are and how to get to the popular tourist attractions such as the Old Street or how to get to the high speed train station. She even mentioned how much it would cost when going by taxi so we wouldn't get scammed. Optional breakfast was very cheap and you can eat as much as you need for only 10 rmb.
