Super snazzy place with a very comfortable room close to a lot of different food options. It's out of town a ways, but close to the subway. Breakfast was very good. The staff helpful and friendly. Overall, great stay!

Sitting in the northwest corner of the alluring West Lake, Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake boasts views of traditional Chinese gardens from most units. We had a lovely time. The property itself is one of a kind, has beautiful garden, the boat experience is a must try! Service was exceptional, everyone we met there were so polite and nice. Special thanks to Judith who went out of her way taking care of my elderly parents and my little one, we all loved the picture you took for us, thank you! Can’t wait to come back!

Only a 5-minute drive from Lingyin Temple, Yurong West Lake Cottage Resort Hotel Hangzhou features nicely decorated guest rooms with free WiFi. All rooms come with underfloor heating. Friendly staff. Lovely room - nice decor, comfortable bed. Good shower, and the high-tech toilet was great. Enjoyed the location: far from the crowds, yet easily accessible by bus. The Maojiabu area is picturesque, and the China National Tea Museum is within walking distance.

The buffet breakfast at only 24 CNY per person is really good. All the staff are truly exceptional, very helpful, friendly and go all out to help. Special mention goes to the staff 彩虹( who serve breakfast buffet) though I must say every staff deserve a huge applause. Room, bed and toilet all very comfortable and clean. Hotel is also a mere 3 minute walk to the nearest MRT. Overall a great hotel and real value for money.
