Arrived earlier than my check in time but was greeted and assisted with a smile. All the Staff was friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious,breakfast is very rich and dilicious. By the way, there is also Starbucks and KFC,which is great.

El Sheraton Grand Hangzhou Binjiang Hotel gaudeix d'una situació ideal al costat del riu Qianjiang, a 5 km de la plaça de Wushan. Ofereix vistes al riu i a la ciutat i disposa d’una piscina coberta. Joy Yang, our club lounge manager was excellent. The location was nice and the hotel is clean. Staff friendly but mostly difficult communication in English. Very good breakfast and buffets in club lounge.

Overlooking the Qiantang River, Four Points by Sheraton Hangzhou, Binjiang provides luxurious and modern rooms with views of the river. Breakfast was below expectations from a 4 point Sheraton standard . Disappointed
