The staff were also very helpful and personable, providing a full set of recommendations on what to do and where to go during our stay in Guilin. They also helped us coordinate a drive from the west railway station. I also had a great conversation with who I think was the owner about tea on the morning we left. There's also a rooftop terrace that became my favorite spot to welcome in the morning and close out the evening!

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at and the staff were great!! The front desk was super friendly and helpful even with our limited Mandarin skills, they even helped us get rid of a large bug in our room late at night, haha. The ladies working at the hotel restaurant were also really nice and accommodating. The atmosphere here was very relaxing! If I ever take another trip to Guilin, I'd love to stay here again!
