En hoteles de este calibre uno ya cuenta con que las instalaciones son excepcionales. Para mi lo que marca la diferencia es el personal y la atención prestada. Y desde luego que durante mi estancia fue de 10. Tuve un problema con uno de los autobuses para ir a la feria, y la atención por parte del equipo del hotel fue excepcional. Felicitar y agradecer al personal por su buen trato. Desde luego que volveré para futuras visitas a la feria de Cantón.

This man saved my time in Guangzhou . If i got struggle on searching places , he will directly find for me the best option. He got i very good communication and speaks fluent English .

The hotel is very clean, near the financial area, a park and also a very strategic location. The rooms are very comfortable, big, bright, everything works very well. I was attended by Cici, a very nice and helpful staff member, I thank her so much she helped me to send my forgotten suitcase to my next hotel in Shenzhen. The breakfast is delicious and varied, they have a gym and also free laundry service. Ideal for business or family, I recommend it very much.

Offering a spa centre and hot tub, Conrad Guangzhou provides lush guestrooms and suites in the Tian He district of Guangzhou. This hotel boasts a terrace from where guests can enjoy views of the... The service is excellent. During my last visit, I gave the comments that the breakfast-room service can improve. Now after one month, when I re-visit, I certainly see the great improvement. Staff are experienced and are very caring. The staff at the concierge and luggage transfer department are also super friendly and helpful. They helped me many times with heavy luggages and deliveries with friendly smile. When they helped me set all the luggages in the taxi, they even told the taxi driver which gate they should park in the airport for my airline. For the receptionist, this time, I run into another small problem. The room I first checked in only has one sofa (for a twin bed room) and the sitting place was not sufficient because my I was travelling with my Dad. They immediately found a nice solution for me, efficient and helpful. During the midnight, I asked for some cleaning service due to my kid. And the cleaning department came to attend the matter immediately. The location is great. Please do visit the IGC tower right next to the hotle. You can find everything you need for restaurnts, deserts, and of course shops and entertainment. You can see the landmark Guantzhou tower right in front of the hotel (if not within your room). I definetely will come back. Thank you all for the great service and good memory!

The room exceeded all my expectations, big beds, clean, everything you need in the room, beautiful view from the 23rd floor. Extremely friendly everyone at the reception. They know enough English. The hotel is located in a business district surrounded by tall buildings. Shuttle bus to Canton fair free of charge.

El W Guangzhou se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, a 15 minutos a pie del Museo de Guangzhou. All the stuff speaks English well.

Room was spacious and very clean. It was equipped with all the required amenities. Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi were great. There were lots of options in Breakfast menu for both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian. Location is great!! Its near to all Business centers, Metro stations and Canton Tower. Entire hotel staff is very polite and helpful. They made my 6 days long stay very comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend Grand Hyatt hotel for business travelers.
