In my opinion this is the best hotel in GZ, great location, amazing personal and top notch rooms will make your stay unforgettable. Stayed in this hotel 2 times this year and it was an amazing experience. The best concierge service I have ever encountered. Great staff !

The staff was so much friendly and helpful. The language was a barrier at the beginning. However, the staff made outstanding efforts to translate their answers to our queries and questions. Offering leisure facilities, Shangri-La Guangzhou features commanding views of the Pearl River and beautifully landscaped grounds. Fantastic location for Canton Fair. Very good service(Mona and Joy and restaurant staff!) fruit plate jn the mornings (during the fair), plenty of water, free use of umbrella. Exceptional selection for buffet. RIBS restaurant is excellent.
