The balcony views were fantastic. The owner and staff were very helpful and cheerful. The owner spoke English. The location is really close to the train station and in walking distance to a few of the attractions. It's also a central location if you want to do day trips, such as Ciqikou and Laojundong. I also like the bidet toilet that had warm seats which are very nice in the winter! I would want to stay here again when I come back!

It is within Paradise Walk, an expansive shopping mall area (if you like shopping) and a short 5 minute walk to the Metro Shiyoulu Station Line 1 Exit 2B, making it very convenient to get around Chongqing. The staff do not speak English but to get around this they use a translator app (and so should you) making communication easy. The staff are kind and helpful in answering questions, the Housekeepers friendly and approachable providing whatever I may have needed. Breakfast is excellent with various choices. My room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed staying at the Bloom Hotel very much!

JW Marriott Hotel Chongqing boasts an indoor swimming pool, a spa, a fitness centre and 3 restaurants. WiFi access is available in public areas and guests can enjoy free parking. The room was clean. The food in the buffet was okay.

Enough space for open the luggages Staff: very helpful and having service mind even though they can speak English a little.
