We had the pleasure of staying at HYGGE Hotel from December 15-20, 2024. Initially booked for three nights, we extended our stay by two more nights due to the hotel's exceptional value for money. The hotel's location is ideal, with two major MRT stations nearby. Situated on the 7th and 8th floors of a shopping and food complex, we were spoiled for choice with over 50 restaurants within a 1-minute walk. A local spa was also conveniently located just three floors down. Our check-in experience was seamless, even at 1:30 am. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. We enjoyed the simple yet delicious Chinese breakfast, which offered a variety of options and freshly brewed coffee. Our room was comfortable and spacious, with a fantastic view of the local park, courtesy of a complimentary upgrade. Another pleasant surprise was the free laundry service, which was promptly collected and returned. However, the true standout was the hotel staff. Every single member of the team was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even helped us plan a day trip to Chongqing Wulong Karst Geological Park, securing us the best deal and value. On our last day, the hotel kindly allowed us to stay in the lobby until midnight, offering complimentary drinks and snacks. Our flight back to Singapore was at 2am so this rest stop really helped us! This level of service is rare, even for a seasoned traveler like myself. In conclusion, HYGGE Hotel Chongqing exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional value, comfort, and service.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. The location was convenient, with access to restaurants and shops and easy access to taxis. The staff could not have been better. They went well above and beyond to help with every need and every question asked. The friendliness of everyone was unsurpassed. A full breakfast with fresh fruit and cooked to order eggs as well as a selection of teas gave a pleasant start to the day. Last, I want to mention the quiet, individual terraces, comfortable bed, oversized shower, climate control, free laundry and maid service.

The stuff was really friendly and went all out for me!! The hotel was really clean and the bathtub was the biggest highlight for me! I would definitely recommend this hotel, they went as far as picking me up outside as I was getting lost and they even went as far as checking up on me on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend this hotel! The language barrier didn’t stop them from being nice hosts.. I enjoyed my stay there!!

From check-in to check-out, the experience was very good. Staff was very helpful , free airport transfer service is provided on the next day early morning. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. shops and restaurants surrounded, subway stations nearby, Very convenient.

Located in Chongqing and within 2.9 miles of Chongqing North Train Station, Hilton Chongqing Liangjiang New Area has a bar, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. the room was clean and very new, the staff were exceptional. during checkout we left behind our ipad and a cleaner, the hotel quickly called us and we then went back to retrieve it. very kind and helpful staff

Jinling Grand Hotel features a fitness center, garden, a restaurant and bar in Chongqing. Fantastic and Beautiful Hotel with friendly staff. Large rooms with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the ambience and the gym was a bonus also. We will be back in the future hopefully.

Well situated in the Yubei District district of Chongqing, Home2 Suites by Hilton Chongqing Yubei is located 11 miles from Chongqing North Train Station, 14 miles from Chongqing People's Auditorium... Best hotel I've stayed in for a long time. Staff really helpful even though there is a language barrier. Should be back again in april
