Super excellent team of staff. They go above and beyond to help and make you welcome and comfortable. One staff at front desk was super quick on his feet, didn't get his name, male, short hair with glasses. Very knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly and quick to answer questions and help. Place was clean, new and quiet during my stay. Cleaning staff was excellent and detail oriented. Bed and pillow was excellent and temp in room was comfy and super quiet experience. Def worth the experience.

The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu has been awarded as Five-Star hotel by Forbes Travel Guide for a fifth consecutive year. We loved the Club lounge with amazing food and wines. The room was so amazing with great city views 😍

The staff from the hotel was really great! From the moment i booked the hotel they have been increadibly helpful with my many questions to prepare for the trip. Quite some staff speaks english very well. Frank has helped me a lot, giving great suggestions on where to go! He also booked us a free taxi back to our airport and we received a panda plushy! Zoe and Kimberly also helped us greatly by explaining many things such as a simcard and our cooking workshop! The hotel does cooking workshops as well and i got to request my favorite sichuan dishes. The hotel also has a great central location making it easy to get around. The room was clean and very atmospheric, the hotel overall looked beautiful.

This well preserved BuddhaZen hotel is located in a traditional courtyard style building, situated in the Wenshu Square tourist attraction within the First Ring Road, adjacent to Tianfu Square,... 地点非常棒，周围有许多商铺和景点。 早餐也非常棒，虽然简单，但是美味。 酒店装饰氛围相当用心，低调的奢华，服务人员也都很热情温柔。

The property is extremely warm & cozy. Rooms are super tidy & clean. The best thing about the stay was the staff at reception. They went all the way to help us everytime even though there was a communication problem as we did not know chinese. They also helped us book Panda sightseeing tickets. Super super helpful staff i must say. Also the cafe of the hotel , TableRound was perfect for a cup of tea and coffee. We loved every bit of our stay in WEZO.

Time Traveller Boutique Hotel -Near Chengdu Wide narrow lane, People's Park, Chengdu Panda Base, 10 minutes walk to subway , Eat chaffy dish, Free night snack, Free laundry, English communication... set in a nice and quiet neighborhood, but close to transport. The hotel has been nicely refurbished with small but comfortable rooms. It has no restaurant or breakfast, but there are plenty of options in Chengdu. There is free water, tea and coffee in the lobby and you can do your laundry. The staff don’t speak English but communicate through translation apps and are very helpful.

My first time in Bangkok and it made my trip 100% better. It was my partners birthday too and they even made little animals out of towels with happy birthday balloons , which was placed in our room upon arrival
