This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a very long time and the Four Seasons staff have made it absolutely wonderful! The attention to detail from check-in to the room being cleaned across the day to staff remembering our preferences at breakfast and dinner made our stay extremely pleasant and it felt like we had a personalised service. The hotel was clean and I felt comfortable walking bare foot in my room and in the pool area! We will definitely come back here and will specifically opt for the Four Seasons whenever we travel! Absolutely stellar job!

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the Concierge and Guest service. There is a Starbucks in the hotel lobby, which is a big plus.

The staff are superbly enthusiastic and always willing to go extra mile to help. On top of everything, the dining buffet experience was a surprise for us with very delicate food and comfy ambience. Kempinski maintains its strong brand in China.

Conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the popular Sanlitun Bar Street and Nongye Exhibition Centre, Beijing Saga Hotel is a 10-minute drive from Guomao Convention Centre. The breakfast tasted amazing with many options! Staff was very kind and helpful, even called a taxi for me to go to the airport. The room was spacious and clean! Got cleaned and towels replaced every day.
