Pretty good breakfast, very convenient location, helpful English speaking staff. I would highly recommend in terms of location and very clear expectations from 4 stars hotel.

There were also robots to deliver food to your room if you ordered food online. Staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Sheraton Grand Beijing Dongcheng Hotel boasts a convenient location 100 metres from Subway Line 12 An Zhen Qiao Station and Beijing Global Trade Convention Centre. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Most of the staff spoke English and were quick to respond to all my queries . Special thanks to Yuri at the concierge desk.
