Room was comfortable and clean. Common area and the kitchen is nice. They even have coffee machine, but there is also a cafe downstairs which does coffee. Laundry services and the gym was good to have. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend the hotel.

Housed within INDIGO in Jiangtai, Beijing, East Beijing is located a 10-minute drive from Beijing 798 Art Zone and a 5-minute walk from Jiangtai subway station (line 14). The people. Amazing service! I had to weigh my luggage and had 2 odd size luggage. A staff came up to help weigh them and I asked if I could have the odd sized item packed at the airport. He was not sure, but volunteered to help me with it. I was on an urgent work call. He helped me to pack it and quietly left the room. Totally impressed! All the staff at East are warm and friendly. Now definitely my go-to hotel when I am back:)

Crowne Plaza Beijing Lido is conveniently located in the center of the Lido Area, famous for its up-market residents, international medical centres, restaurants and bars. Our family had a wonderful experience staying at the Crowne Plaza Beijing Lido, an IHG Hotel. The staff was accommodating and warm, especially Mrs. Wang Hai Li, who was very patient in answering all our queries and kindly upgraded our standard king room to a one-bedroom suite with a view of the bath for free. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The location was very good and easily accessible to the metro and international airport. There are many good restaurants nearby. We would come back to this hotel again.
