Staff is so lovely, evebody speaks English, you get all the confirmations you might need to show to customs. The place itself was clean and super cozy! 💖🌸 We got upgraded for free to a room with a huge window and a garden view 🌸 The bed was also extremely comfortable, and all bathroom amenities clean and fancy (now I want to buy the same hairdryer lol) It might be a bit hard to find the hotel, since it's not on Google maps, so pay attention to figuring out the location before landing in China. Starbucks at the S Gulou line should be your major guideline, since it is loceted right in front of the hotel and it's the easiest way to find it on the street! Will be visiting this place again, when I am in Beijing, thank you so much 💜

Can’t praise this place enough, a great location, the staff were amazing in helping with trips, even with the language barrier they could not have been more helpful, afternoon tea was a lovely addition

Located on Wangfujing Street, Prime Hotel offers 5 dining options, an indoor pool and parking(RMB15/hour). Rooms feature free WiFi and city views. Very nice staff. Especially the trainee Leo Chen (陈宇豪) was very helpful and kind :))
