My stay was very pleasant - the room was very spacious, with modern facilities and the staff were very helpful. Especially the concierge Jerry Han was very kind and helpful with all my requests. Very convenient location of the hotel, which is connected to Kerry mall and also China World Mall. the selection of food at the breakfasts was good. also liked the service at the room, most amenities are of high quality and the hotel staff notice all small details and try to adjust to the customers. A big thanks to the staff at the Club, especially to Tingfei for making my stay comfortable.

Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe des Hotels. Wären gerne noch ein paar Tage dort geblieben.

Even though the hotel was beautiful, the staff still made the biggest impact in providing an enjoyable stay.
