It's a nice, boutique hotel. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is also nice, although very small, there is hot water in the shower, the air conditioning works, the internet is OK. In the hotel there is a swimming pool (water is freezing cold!) with some tables and chairs, coffee is served all day long. The breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant, it is tasty, varied and colourful.

Small cosy hotel. Staff was always available. Pool was working (but a bit dirty). Very nice smell and atmosphere inside the hotel. Nice room and comfortable bed.

It was clean and was an interesting part of Santiago. Many good restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

The area was heavily influenced by Korean culture which we loved and it was safe to walk around and reach some tourist hotspots and trendy areas of Santiago. We didn't have a chance to use the pool, but the view was great from the rooftop. We would love to return one day!

The apartment was exactly as in the pictures, the sheets and towels were clean, all the equipment worked and the location was very convenient. The owner was really nice and responsive, apart from the check-in problem :-).
