This is a safe location. I stay at Hiltons but a visitor was murdered when refusing to give his cell phone on a walk near the Hilton. Left government is allowing gangs to come in from ven and other places. Keep your head up.

Room was immaculate and loved the free buffet breakfast. Staff gave us free breakfast due to the stuff up with our card payment. Very grateful and so nice of them!

Hassle free......and there is a small laundry for guests which is a godsend when traveling.

This hotel is a great place to be. Located in a safe, attractive and quiet place in Santiago. Moreover it is based not very far from the subway (to my mind Tobalaba station is the nearest) and surrounded by a lot of stores and good restaurants. The staff was welcoming, helpful and attentive. They were really dedicated and offered a quality of service. The room was clean, large and bright.

ALEXANDRA'S ATTITUDE WAS ALWAYS POSITIVE AND MOST HELPFUL IN FINDING SOLUTIONS THAT ACCOMODATED OUR REQUESTS. LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT.

Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. Clean and stylish room. The location was very good, within a walk distance to parks and restaurants.
