Set in a refurbished Patrimonial Palace, Matildas Hotel Boutique offers accommodations in Santiago. Free WiFi access is available. Our garden view room was lovely and quiet, with bright windows a comfortable king bed and high ceilings. The breakfasts were superb with many choices. We enjoyed the back garden every afternoon. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was going well for us. They also have access to a guide who will do walking tours, driving tours, anything you want.

Everything was really great, we’ve spent a few days at Casa Marina upon our arrival to Santiago. All rooms are very nice, we’ve stayed in the biggest one with the private bathroom and we really enjoyed all the space and the interior. We stayed during the summer, but because of the architecture the room was pleasantly cool all the time. Kitchen is really cozy, with the area to cook something if you’d like. There are many nice restaurants around Casa Marina, with good prices, overall the location is safe and we’ve enjoyed spending evenings outside.

Super nice place in a great location. I walked all the way from the city centre, but you could also take the metro, it's around the corner. The host is so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I really appreciate all the help he offered. I stayed there twice and would totally do it again. Another thing is that the apartment is full of antique things and it feels like you are in a museum. Very unusual, and it makes it even more special.

The staff was very nice, there was hot water 24/7, a heater in the room, it was warm and very clean in the hotel, the breakfast was sufficient, and a very nice backyard. There was a kitchen downstairs and even filtered water was always available for guests. The location was very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the final bus stop, which takes you to and from the airport for $3. The area felt quite safe, with pizzerias, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and it was only a 10-minute walk to the city center. There was also a supermarket nearby. Despite the creaky floor, we found it very comfortable and cozy here;) We highly recommend this hotel.
