Boasting a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and a garden, Nikao Beach Bungalows can be found in Rarotonga, close to Nikao Beach and 1.2 km from Black Rock Beach. A hidden gem, Nikao Beach Bungalows is located on a private beach, a short drive from the airport and city centre. There is an Oasis directly across the road, a bakery and 21.3 Vaianas a short walk away. Our villa was clean, spacious and homely. Properly equipped with everything we needed and the hosts were very accomodating. Will definitely be back.

Stunning view from this oceanfront and upscale villa. The deck is very large with glass partitions so the view is absolutely unobstructed! The facilities are spacious and very modern and new. The beds are super comfortable with lovely linens and pillows. The bathrooms are amazing with a shower to die for. Plenty of hot water and towels. The kitchen had every amenity possible even an espresso machine with pods provided. All the appliances are in perfect condition and the fridge was even stocked with a nice cold bottle of water and champagne!! Wow! Thanks! The living room furniture was nice and comfy. There is an excellent washer and outside clothes line for drying. We didn't need to use the AC because of the light breeze and weather we experienced but the AC is new and in each bedroom. We hope to stay here again!

Big bed was very comfortable. The new air conditioning was great! Everything was clean and in good working order. Extremely nice people. Nearby shops, close to the airport and a huge mango tree full of fruit. This place is above excellent and we would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice quiet place to relax. Thanks so much

Absolute Beachfront - A Slice of Paradise! Olemas on aed ja pesumasin. Rannaäärsel majutusasutusel on rõdu ja tasuta eraparkla. Fantastic location Whales cruzing by every day. Halve way between excellent snorkling places but far enough away from the main tourists. Very private. We were self catering however plenty of Papaw on the trees for us to eat every day.

Across the road from a bakery and petrol station with a convenience store attached. 2 min from the airport.

Majutusasutusel on rõdu ja tasuta eraparkla. the view of the ocean is understated. it was beautiful to see that view each day. it had everything we needed, very clean and tidy, spacious as well.

Vaikse asukohaga Navy House 1 asub Rarotonga Avarua linnaosas, Black Rock Beachi lähedal. Kohapeal on aed ja pesumasin. Külalised saavad nautida rahulikku asukohta ja eriti suurt kodu. Loved everything about this property. There are no negatives at all and can't wait to be back in Rarotonga and book here again. Would highly recommend.
