The kindness from the staff was lovely, I literally felt like I was being taking care of. The confort is noticeable as soon as you step through the entrance into the lobby.

The completely renovated Sorell Hotel Rütli is located in the heart of Zurich's old town, next to the funiculars and the ETH Zurich university. Located close to the railway station. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and hygienic. The breakfast layout was good.
