Everything very clean and comfortable. Staff very polite. It was very cold outside, but inside hotel was very warm and confy.

The hotel was just above and beyond our expectations, the room was beautiful, very spacious and the appliance was very high quality, so was every detail in the room The staff were so helpful, kind and patient with every piece of information we needed! every one of them was very very nice and welcoming The location of the hotel was really perfect for our purpose - about 15 minutes drive to the airport and 10-15 minute walk to the city center

The hotel is centrally located. You could easily walk from central station or take tram 11 or 14. Thus, everything can be easily reached from the hotel. National museum is also walking distance. The hotel has a restaurant and bar. There is a free infused water in the reception so make sure you have a spare bottle. ;) Water from the sink is also drinkable. Moreover, the staff are nice and helpful. We paid for breakfast. There are lots of choices. In terms of the room, interior is very chic. Ours is good for two person. It has an an entryway. Bedroom is separated from the shower by an open shelves cabinet. It also has smart TV so you can watch what your favorites. No fridge but there are food and drink options you can buy in the reception. Upon checkout, we were also able to leave our luggages. Overall, it was a great hotel and we had a nice experience.

Our family of three adults spent one night in this comfortable and clean apartment conveniently located close to the tram stations. Zurich HB and the Old town are a short tram ride away from this location. Our kind and friendly host allowed us to check-in early and was communicative and responsive prior to and during our stay. The check-in instructions were clear and we were welcomed with complimentary chocolates. The apartment has good Wi-Fi and comes with a small but well-equipped kitchen which was very convenient.

The apartment is located just 7 mins by tram from Zurich main train station. And if you don't have the luggage it is around 10-15 mins walk The host provided clearly guideline "How to travel to the apartment and how to get in there" And he also provide the routing for zurich sightseeing! The facilities are great with kitchenette and the bed are very comfy even the sofa bed! and the host is very helpful which on the check in date i arrived early and he help to provide the place for luggage storage.
