From the moment we arrived, to the time we left. I am a very frequent traveler and have high standards. This hotel shatters all previous standards of excellence. On arrival, we were provided with a restaurant recommendation for lunch - which was great. When we got back, our luggage was already in our room. Everything is included - snacks, water, drinks in the fridge. I had laundry, and it was done immediately - at no charge! We also used their recommendation for a raclette dinner and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience for our whole family.
