This hotel was awesome and I highly recommend it to anybody staying in Bern! The room was very modern, warm and cozy, clean, and the breakfast went above and beyond our expectations. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when it came to sharing with us places to visit in Bern and storing our luggage while we visited the city. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Bern!!

Front desk team were excellent and really helpful. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Tram to go to the city center is just around the corner. From the room you can see fantastic view of the city, including the magnificent city hall.

Located in the centre of Bern, Hotel National is only a 5-minute walk from the Main Train Station. Guests can dine in the restaurant and make use of free Wi-Fi. The room is clean and comfortable, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the location is excellent! We came after 21:00 and they left us clear instructions how to get to the room by self-checkin.
