The Merian Basel Hotel is situated right on the river Rhine, in the heart of Basel, offering you charming rooms. From the start the staff were amazing! Beatrice helped us through a sudden emergency, Ulla helped us navigate a day trip to Colmar on the train and Sandro helped us with a tram tour, pharmacy directions and always anticipating our needs. I thought the views were the highlight but the entire staff were even better and made us feel right at home. I will always stay here when in Basel!!

Situated in the centre of Basel, RIVERSIDE - APARTMENTS BASEL deluxe features accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. Top location! The Riverside Lounge had an amazing view, and all the appliances were new and it was kept very clean.

Stadtwohnung am Wasser I Terrasse mit Rheinblick I NETFLIX I APPLE TV offers accommodation set 600 metres from the centre of Basel and features a garden and a terrace. The location and view are phenomenal. Even though we were across the river from the Munster, the free tram was less than a minute from our door and could bring you anywhere in the city. We mostly walked to the central area and could be there within 10 minutes. Happily we discovered the Claraplatz Christmas market was on our street with more gourmet food options than I could count. Additionally, the COOP grocery store was within steps of the apartment and had fresh baked goods, sliced meats and cheeses, drinks, etc. We were glad to have a full kitchen and drying rack in the bathroom for minor laundry we needed to wash/dry. My children very much enjoyed being able to unwind with a little familiar TV with the Netflix subscription.

It’s basically an Airbnb, but this was already clear from the descriptions here. Fully equipped kitchen, nice balcony, typical bathroom with good shower in bathtub. Photos here are accurate, so don’t expect a luxury boutique resort, but a very nice and clean, practical and independent apartment.

City Apartments Basel provides accommodation within 500 metres of the centre of Basel, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. The apartment was incredible considering its price. It had a lot of space, everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable beds, large terrace... it is also in the city center, very close to a tram stop so the location couldn't be better. A very enjoyable stay
