House was well presented, clean and was as described.

Located in Vancouver in the British Columbia region, with Jericho Beach and Spanish Banks Beach nearby, A Tiny House Near UBC 温哥华UBC小别墅 provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Jiang was a communicative and gracious host. Getting access to the room was easy, as was checking out. I had privacy the whole time using a separate entrance with a locking door. The location had beautiful views and close access to public transit. Shops and restaurants were within a 20 minute walk. Jericho Beach is also close by! Overall this was an ideal location for a solo traveler without a car, provided that you're comfortable walking a lot (including up some hills) and taking buses. Guests who are looking for lively nightlife will probably want a different neighborhood, as this one is quiet and residential.

Boasting garden views, Brand new 1Queenbed family suite near UBC provides accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 2 km from Jericho Beach. We stayed for two weeks in this basement, It was everything clean and new, all the appliances works perfectly. They have a confortable bed and sofa where you can rest and watch movies. Also you will find buses that connect with all Vancouver city just a few blocks walking from the house.

I appreciate the fact that you checked in around midnight. The bathrooms and showers were impeccable. The 18 bed room is large and has plenty of space. Each bed has a lockable wardrobe where you can store your belongings. Clean sheets and warm bedding. The location could be closer to the center, but I appreciate that it is next to a park and close to the beach.
