Everything on one floor, the main floor, which is otherwise unoccupied. A quiet tenant lives in the daylight basement apartment downstairs and uses their own separate entries. Incredible location!! We loved walking to the many great places on West Broadway, less than 10min away by foot. Safe family neighborhood with ample street parking.

Sharin's apartment was very clean, comfortable, safe, and centrally located. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy bed, extremely well located...minutes to beach, grocery, and Kitsilano cafes and shops, short bus ride downtown... I had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again. Sharin was an excellent host, check in and check out were very smooth. Highly recommend!

In the Kitsilano district of Vancouver, close to Kitsilano Beach, Quiet-comfy 3 bedroom home on a tree lined street in Kits features a garden and a washing machine. Property was central, laundry on site, host was welcoming and quick with responses to any questions The host had Halloween sweets out and provided the kitchen and bathroom staples I.e shampoo, conditioner, salt pepper etc
