This hotel, located in the center of Montréal’s business district, two blocks from Old Montreal and two blocks from Downtown. Metro station is 1 minute away. Alles war einfach perfekt. Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Die Zimmer ruhig, sehr sauber und alles hat funktioniert, sogar die Duschen waren perfekt, was in Kanada in den Hotels eher selten ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Vieles kann zu Fuss erkundet werden, der Bus (Nr. 747)zum Flughafen und die Metrostation sind zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr kundenorientiert. Man fühlt sich auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wohl. Mineralwasser, kleine Snaks können im Hotel zum Ladenpreis gekauft werden.

Das Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth ist mit der Untergrundstadt von Memorial verbunden und bietet Zugang zu gut 32 km unterirdischer Fußgängerstraßen, zu Einkaufszentren, Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten und... Die Lage direkt an der Central Station von Montreal war für uns Zugreisende ideal. Das Restaurant Rosaly und die Bar haben uns auch sehr gefallen.

Best part of my trip to Montral - This hotel as the weather was cold. BEST part of this hotel - The Staff : - Julianne checked me in . She was vert friendly. Assigned a good room with a view. Nathaniel- JUST AWSOME-- Always smiling and super courteous. Went way out of his way to help. Could not give me exact change for $50 and $10 bill for bus ticket which costs $11. He added a $1 from HIS POCKET. NEVER HAD SUCH HOSPITALITY from a receptionist before. He gave me a very nice going away gift. He touched my heart. Peter and Aaron were super humble and friendly. Mark in the restaurant gave me good service. Every one including Michelle was very nice. Breakfast buffet was as good as it gets. No negative. One of the best hotels of my life. Great memories. Renaissance Montreal Downtown is set in the Montreal city centre, steps from the iconic Place Ville Marie and shops on St-Catherine Street. The hotel's lobby is inspired by local street art. The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious. I chose the hotel because it was only a couple minute walk to shopping. We had breakfast the next morning - lots of options and all delicious!
