We had at a great experience at the Gite du Survenant. The location is quite convenient, just a few minute walk from the metro, and close to some of the major attractions (Botanic Garden, Biodome, Planetarium, Olympic Stadium...) . It's also close to a lovely little market (Marché Maisonneuve) where we bought amazing local food. The hosts were helpful and flexible, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for our stay. Overall very happy with the place, highly recommended.

Great fully equipped kitchen, separate queen bedroom, full bathroom. Wi-Fi, smart TV. Excellent communication with owner. Street parking was not a problem. LOVED THIS PLACE!

Room 3 had own bathroom, large closet with robe and towels, brand new TV, fridge and microwave, desk and dresser and great view of outside patio. Free breakfast is provided. Great location. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Montreal!
